She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity, equipping her with strong analytical, systems-thinking, data management, and problem-solving capabilities.
Doffi is also a TEDxUniJos Speaker, where she delivered her talk titled “Unbroken,” sharing powerful lessons on courage, resilience, possibility, and the importance of believing in one’s potential.
As the visionary behind Coffee & Conversations, she leads programme design, strategic partnerships, logistics, volunteer management, and the overall attendee experience. Sandra Adedayo Ojo is a Product Education Specialist at Field Intelligence and an accomplished technology professional with over ten years of experience spanning IT support, quality assurance, product management, customer education, and technology communications.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Salem University, Lokoja, before obtaining a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity from the Institute of Cyberspace, Nasarawa State University.
Throughout her career, Sandra has distinguished herself by bridging the gap between technology and people. She has built expertise in simplifying complex technical products into engaging learning experiences that empower users, improve adoption, strengthen teams, and create measurable business value.
Her multidisciplinary background gives her a unique understanding of product development from both technical and user perspectives, enabling her to communicate complex concepts with exceptional clarity.
Beyond technology, Sandra is an engaging communicator and facilitator who believes the most innovative ideas emerge through authentic conversations, collaboration, and shared learning. She is passionate about creating environments where individuals feel informed, empowered, included, and inspired to contribute meaningfully.
At Coffee & Conversations, Sandra serves as the Media Communications and Publicity Lead while also moderating conversations throughout the event. She brings her expertise in storytelling, audience engagement, strategic communication, and public facilitation to ensure every conversation creates value for participants and every story from the event is effectively communicated.

Kotiya Babayo Philip
Program Coordination
Kotiya Babayo Philip is an accomplished entrepreneur, academic, language specialist, and educator whose career combines scholarship, creativity, and business excellence.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and Literary Studies from Taraba State University and a Master’s degree in English Language from Bingham University, Karu.
She currently lectures in the General Studies Department at the College of Agriculture, Science and Technology, Jalingo, where she contributes to curriculum development while mentoring and shaping the next generation of professionals.

Outside academia, Kotiya is the founder of Mystique_Koko, a professional makeup studio renowned for bridal, editorial, and special-event beauty services. She is also the founder of MkayConcepts, an interior design and home accessories company specializing in bespoke décor solutions and client-centered design.
Her ability to balance academic excellence with entrepreneurship has earned her recognition for professionalism, creativity, meticulous planning, and attention to detail.
At Coffee & Conversations, she oversees programme coordination, ensuring sessions run efficiently, speakers are properly managed, schedules are maintained, and participants enjoy a seamless learning and networking experience.

Peace Solomon Yasaba
Welfare & Wellbeing Coordination
Peace Solomon Yasaba is a Registered Nurse (RN) and Registered Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse (RPN), licensed by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
With more than eight years of professional experience, she has built expertise in general nursing practice, psychiatric assessment, mental health advocacy, patient counselling, and community health education.

She completed her nursing education at the Taraba State College of Nursing and Midwifery before obtaining specialist training in Psychiatric Nursing from the School of Psychiatric Nursing, Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Kaduna.
Peace is deeply passionate about integrating physical health with psychological wellbeing. She actively promotes mental health awareness, stigma reduction, compassionate healthcare delivery, and community education.
Her patient-centered philosophy has made her an advocate for holistic wellbeing and healthier communities.
At Coffee & Conversations, she leads Welfare and Wellbeing Coordination, ensuring participants enjoy a safe, comfortable, welcoming, and inclusive environment throughout the event while applying the same empathy and professionalism that define her healthcare career.

Precious Zaria is a public sector professional with expertise in international relations, diplomacy, public policy, leadership, and institutional development.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy, a Master’s degree in Security and Strategic Studies, and a Certificate in Public Leadership and Policy Making from the School of Politics, Policy and Governance (SPPG).
She currently serves at the Competition and Consumer Protection Tribunal, where she contributes to institutional processes that strengthen consumer protection, fair competition, and effective public administration.
Her professional journey reflects a strong commitment to nation-building, good governance, inclusive leadership, and sustainable institutional development.
Passionate about representation and public engagement, Precious believes that effective institutions and collaborative leadership are essential to sustainable development and social progress. These values continue to shape her approach to public service and community engagement.
Outside work, she enjoys reading, music, and the arts, drawing inspiration from each as she continues to grow personally and professionally.
